At ThePrintHive, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality customised products that meet your specific requirements. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication throughout the design and production process. Please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Refunds for Customised Products
Customised products are made to order based on your specifications. Due to the personalised nature of these items, we do not offer full refunds unless there is a defect or error caused by our team.
- Replacement Only: If a customised product arrives defective, damaged, or if there is an error made by our team, we will offer a replacement. We work closely with our customers throughout the customisation process to ensure accuracy, so errors are rare.
- No Full Refund: Customisable products are not eligible for a full refund.
2. Refunds for Non-Customised Products
For non-customised products, we offer a 14-day window for returns.
- Full Refund: Non-customised products can be returned for a full refund if they are in original condition and returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us within the 14-day window.
3. Cancellation Policy for Custom Orders
Once an invoice for a custom order has been paid, the order cannot be canceled. Payment confirms the start of the production process, and therefore, cancellations are not accepted after this point.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if a return or exchange is accepted.
5. Timeframe for Refunds and Replacements
- Customised Products: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery for issues like defects or damage to qualify for a replacement.
- Non-Customised Products: Must be returned within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
6. Exclusions
- Customised Products: No full refunds will be given for customised products, except in the event of a defect or error caused by ThePrintHive.
- Non-Customised Products: Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis for any issues outside the standard return window if a valid reason is provided.
